How to move application and services from one failover cluster to another cluster

My network contains 2 servers named ServerX and ServerY that runs W2K8R2. ServerX and ServerY are nodes in failover cluster named Cluster1. The network has 2 other servers named ServerA and ServerB that runs W2K12R2. ServerA and ServerB are nodes of failover cluster named Cluster2. I need to move all the applications and services from Cluster1 to cluster2. How can I do this from failover cluster manager?
