Hi!
We have a 2012 R2 server running MSMQ and I saw that the c:\windows\system32\msmq\storage folder had grown a lot. It contains 13.000 files and 25 GB of data.
How do I clean it up? All private queues are empty most of the time. I guess this is the journaling objects?
I found one articel about a registry value called messagecleanupinterval. But the default if that did not exists would be 6 hours. But the cleanup does not seem to happen?
Can I just stop the service and delete files older than a month? Or what should I do?
