Windows 10 Pro Client not syncing correct date & time

80 desktop connected with Windows 2016 AD n various group policies assigned as per customer requirement all polices are working fine but intermittently client are showing back date & wrong time , if i run NET TIME command using Admin rights it works right date & time set , but my users doesn't have users rights to run NET TIME command therefore pl help me to provide solutions.
