Dynamic or Differencing VHD

I have W2K12R2 hyper-v host. I plan to deploy VM on server. Data stored on that VM doubles every month. I have below mentioned requirements.

1. 
   The vhd must minimize storage space requirements
   
   
2. 
   Changes to vhd must not require user intervention.
   

What type of vhd I will create?
