After win Pro 10 1903 update launchpad isnt connecting with the server

on every machine upgraded its not working, acts as if server is offline, systems that were not upgraded to 1903 and are still at 1809 are working normally, thought it was a fluke till it happened on several machines. we have suspended the upgrades till we can sort this out. please advise!
