The new admin user can't burn a new CD.

If you insert a blank CD, the file explore should pop up a windows to let you select the how to burn a CD (live system or burn CD one time)

Now I create a new user "admin", configure the user roles to administrator, insert a new CD and open the file explorer, the warning window pops up "windows can't read the disc in drive G:\ make sure that the disc uses a format that windows recognizes. If the disc is unformatted, you need to format it before using it."

It looks the file explorer can't format the new CD at this time. But we can read the CD if the CD has files.1443832.png

It's interesting that the CD can be formatted manually in the disk management application at this time.

If you log in the system as "administrator", it looks fine.

I've tried to configure the "AutoPlay" as "burn files to disk(file explorer)" for CD/DVD in control pannel, but it doesn't work.

It looks the file explorer can't pops up the "Burn a CD" window for a new admin user.

Appreciate if you can help us check this.
