After a lightning strike in a storm, the server has been in a bad state, even though most services work, some do not, as the task scheduler, Windows updates give error and the changes are reversed , I cannot make a backup on another computer on the network and other problems.
Executing the command: Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Previously I was giving an error relating to the remote procedure call service, but now the error that is giving me is Error: 14 Insufficient storage space to complete this operation.
This is the log file: Dism Log
I try the same for the PowerShell and it gives me the same error:
Repair-WindowsImage: Insufficient storage space to complete this operation.
Needless to mention that the unit where the operating system is located and all the information on the server hardly occupies a quarter of the total available.
The drivers D and H, are used only for backups.
I spent two weeks looking for information on the Internet on this subject and I do not see any solution, I restarted the server daily.
The only solution I can think of is to do a re-installation with the original DVD of the product within the same Windows so that all existing applications and files are kept on the server, but it gave me a warning that I do not know if it will be safe and all the active directory and other functions of the domain controller will be preserved.
It is the same version as my actual Windows Server Version:
Help me please.
Thank you.
