Hi all,
Yesterday I noticed that the install status of "roles and features" could not refer.
Even if I logged in local Administrator or Domain Admin (Domain\Administrator).
However OS is running looks usual.
I need help to find out what is happend to the server.
# Issue detail
The "Roles and Featues" is not active to refer or add or delete role/feature.
## By PowerShell
When I enter "Get-WindowsFeature" command, the value of "InstallState" is "NotPresent" and the value of "Installed" is "False" for all of role and feature.
For example, Enter following command to confirm the status for the Windows Server Backup feature, and then "Installed" is "False" but already installed, actually.
> Get-WindowsFeature Windows-Server-Backup | Select-Object Name,InstallState,Installed | Format-List
Name : Windows-Server-Backup
InstallState : NotPresent
Installed : False
## By GUI(Server Manager)
Run "Add Roles and Features Wizard", all of the checkbox is grayed out at the "Select server roles" and "Select features" window.
# System
HW model: HPE ProLiant DL560 Gen10
OS: Windows Server 2016 Standard (license activated)
OS Ver.: 10.0.14393 N/A build 14393
# What I checked
## Event log
I couldn't find releated event at System and Application logs.
## Serch same issues
I refered these topiccs. The "DISM" tool is seems good way to fix this issue.

But I couldn't find why/what occurs this issue.
Because the server is running on Production. I want to know actually what happened to the server before run DISM.
Any reference/advice/clue is appreciated.
