Windows Server 2016 - All NIC interface being tagged as Domain

Hi,

i have setup a Win2016 server (physical) and running Domain Controller role. it has 3 NIC adapters for different network segment (Prod, Backup & other).

somehow all NICs are tagged as "Domain".

have tried manually changing the network profile via powershell but unable to, its giving error related to policy Network List manager which i also changed but no luck.

pls advise/help.
