Hello,
I have a Gateway with windows 8.1, I had a small issue of a virus and i refreshed the PC. Once the refresh was completed i reinstalled all updates. but i found that the updates were for Win 8.0 not win 8.1., I tried to Trust the PC a number of time by following the steps required through Microsoft and it would not allow me to complete the trust, the message below is all i was able to obtain.
I was not able to download 8.1 fro the Microsoft store, it only went to 70% and stopped.
So at this point I can not trust the PC and it will not allow me to sync or download , All this occurred when when the PC was refreshed.
Please advise what i must do to correct this problem.
