The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk4\DR4.

I ran check disk came back with no issues.
Used safely remove hardware, drive is attached by usb.
It reset every drive connected by usb, 4 total, 3 still attached to the computer.
This issue was on win7 and win10
