I am getting EVT ID 1003 Error in the application log for the root dc

HI team,


I am geting EVT ID 103 in the application log for the root dc.


Notification of policy change from LSA/SAM has been retired and failed. Error 1208 to save policy change for account S-1-5-21-312113171-301968091-3754072362-720695 in the default gpo. for more debugging inofmration please look security\logs\secpol.log under windows root.



Please suggest the issue accordingly, how to fix the same.
