the disk drive wont read the xbox one disk

the disk when i put it in the computer the computers disk drive kept starting up and stopping and while i was waiting then it says not responding and after a while the window that i was running closes and it will keep doing this until you take the disk out i dont understand why it does fine with a normal disk and it does nothing with an xbox one disk. please help!
