General confusion when two computers do not ping each other

Hi,

When two computers (e.g. A: Windows Server 2016 and B: Windows 10) do not ping each other or either of one computer can ping to another computer, generally we go to .....

Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security in Windows 10 and

Windows Firewall with Advanced Security in Windows Server 2016.

In A: Windows Server 2016, we see,
1. File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request – ICMPv4-In)
2. File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request – ICMPv4-Out)

In B: Windows 10, we see,
3. File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request – ICMPv4-In); Profile: Domain
4. File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request – ICMPv4-In); Profile: Private, Public

5. File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request – ICMPv4-Out); Profile: Domain
6. File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request – ICMPv4-Out); Profile: Private, Public

Either both computers do not ping to each other or any one of two computers do not ping each other, I enable all six options.

I know, depending on issue and requirement, we need to enable option. Please be kind and clarify me, on which issue and scenario I need to enable option(s)?

Regards
