a windows xp version that isn't genuine And adobe reader.

Bought this computer on a website. I liked the fact it was still running on xp. Problem is that it's saying its not a genuine copy of windows. Ive used it like this for a couple weeks and it doesn't seem to be causiing any issue. Until I needed to transfer documents onto a flash drive and needed to download a pdf reader/converter so I could. And now I have no idea what to do. Do I try and authenticate xp? do I find a different version of adobe? Should I just wipe the whole damn thing? I need help cause I'm pretty good with things but I ws kinda hoping I wasn't gonna fall victim of the endless cycle of running in circles on where to start first. Thanks in advance... I'll buy ya coffee
