Storage Replica Windows Feature doesn't show up on the list

I must just be missing something simple, but Storage Replica does not show up as a windows feature either in the GUI or in powershell. I am simply trying to add the feature, but it is not there to select. Any ideas?

Windows Server Standard 2016

I have six different instances- 2 hyper-v servers with 2 each VMs. A DC and a backup. 2 straight servers. None of them have Storage Replica as an option.
