How do I completely "destroy" my laptop's internal keyboard without physically opening the laptop and ripping it out?

I hate using the keyboard this laptop came with. The arrow keys are missing and barely function, while the rest of the keys are stuck. (They work, just not well at all.) I don't want to use the internal keyboard, rather the USB Logitech one I have. However, when I place it on top of the laptop keyboard itself, it mashes random buttons hard enough for me to get random pound signs, sixes, and colons out the wazoo.

I've tried screwing around in Device Manager by uninstalling the driver or changing the driver to an incompatible one, and I've even gone as far as to get the Group Policy Editor working to try and stop Windows from automatically fixing it at boot. But of course, it's persistent and ignores anything that tries to stop it from putting the driver back as it always was.

Please help me find a solution to this. Thanks.
