Hello,
We have a Virtual Machine with Windows 2012 R2 installed and I am having problem installing .NET 3.5. I tried it from the GUI and command line and still could not find the source file.
I know the server is installed without 3.5 Framework on-demand feature installed so I have to find that source file. I tried to get it online with DISM /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /all and it doesn't work although the server is connected to the internet.
Since it is a VM, I tried mounting the CD/DVD to 2012 R2 ISO, and it can find that path in the D:\sources\sxs but it's still not finding the souce file. I used D:\sources\sxs a ssource path already and also run DISM /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 /all /LimitAccess /Source
\source\sxs but no luck
I tried the standalone install also and it didn't work. Any ideas will be helpful. Thanks.
