I want stop Windows Updates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a server Dell T440 with SO Server 2016 Datacenter.

This server tray update every day in working time. I configure correcly but it don't run well!!!

I change to manualy update (for updating in weekend) but it tray update again in working time!!!!!!!!

I modify with sconfig and gpedit.msc!! Nothing run!!!!!!!!!

SHIT of SO!!
I'm crazy!! .
