Problem with windows server 2016 STD - help me please

Hello,

I have installed a fresh windows server STD and Promoted the server to a domain controller and after that i got lots of problems, I'm longing as domain administrator it seems that i don't have enough Permissions i can't Chang the time or disable the Network adapter

Doesn't make any sense - Its a fresh image I got it from Microsoft.
