nuisance message on my mobile phone

my e-mail account is with microsoft but my phone is with goggle I had a lot of nuisance message that go into my "spam" section in my phone as well as in my computer I don't know how to stop this happening, is annoying as if you don't clear them on a daily basis they

accumulate taking space. Please advice.
