I have a an application that accesses the 2012R2 server services via http on the same network (intranet). The application is timing out recently (it had been working without any issues previously). All recommended application and services troubleshooting recommended by the application provider done without success. I ran a speedtest on the server and was getting only 15Mbps/3Mbps (upload/download) speeds. Running the exact same speedtest on a Windows 10 pc I get 500Mbps/200Mbps speeds. What is causing this huge difference in test speeds?
