Locked user account

When I got my new computer I created a single user account called ADMIN. I download data from my blood pressure monitor to my PC. It is 3rd party app software. After I entered my password wrong 3 times I got locked out and had to wait some time to try again. When I did log back in there was a message 'accounted locked' under the displayed ADMIN user name. Now I can't download my blood pressure data because I get the error 'You don't have permission', etc. How do I unlock my user account on my laptop?
