Hello all,
we have small print server hosted on Windows Server 2012 R2 64bit.
My user have fallowing permissions on the server:
Print, Manage Printers, Manage Documents, View Server, Manage server
We have installed fallowing drivers:
HP Universal Printing PCL 6 (61.225.1.23989) for x64 and NT x86
Konica Minolta Universal PCL, for x64 and NT x86
HP Laserjet Enterpirse 500 Color m55 PCl6 Class Driver
We are struggling with HP Universal Printing PCL 6 drivers, i cannot add any printer with this driver because i'm reciving fallowing error message:
Network Printer Installation Wizard
Unable to install printer.
Access is denied.
There is no issue with installing for example Konica drivers...
Please, can anyone help me here? I even do not have any idea how to start troubleshoot it, only thing i tried was to update driver to the newer version but it didn't changed anything.
