VPN

I have installed the remote access role and configured it for VPN and it works great. We have a vender that is installing new software on one of our servers and uses the admin account to do so. Every morning I am have to fix a problem that was cause by the vender. Because of this I have asked them to not use it during specific hours, but they still do. Is there a way to limit the hours that the VPN is available?
