All users signed in are Admins!

When adding a new user to the AD, and then signing in to a computer on the domain, the user is granted full Admin rights. Even when checking what groups the user is a member of, the only one is the default ("Domain Users"). I need to find out why this is happening and how to fix it so all of the users in the AD do not have Admin rights.
