Difference of Key ID of the product

Hello!
I use an ASUS product, with keyID 920FFEF0.

The product have the label: OCTIPC C: 27.09.2014

I have also the invoice on this product.

on startup of the product I am asked about the bitlocker recovery key.

I visit the page:

Sign in to your account

account.microsoft.com

And there is shown another product with keyID DB38FC69

at this moment I can not use my tablet because I could not put the Bitlocker recovery key

What to do?
