Unable to install Windows Server 2016 Datacenter x64 on Hyper-V..VM

I have downloaded an ISO of Windows Server 2016 (Windows_Server_2016_Datacenter_EVAL_en-us_14393_refresh.ISO) from Microsoft official site and it's downloaded successfully. but when i am going to install using this ISO on VM in hyper-V.

I am getting below error....BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO.

VM's hardware configuration...

1) Virtual RAM - 4096 MB

2) Virtual Processor - 2

3) Virtual HDD - 40 GB
