Multiple conhost.exe processes with a cmd icon and another one with no icon or description

Title basically explains it. The normal conhost.exe should have a cmd icon with a description saying "Console Window Host", right?

Well with ProcessExplorer there's this one conhost.exe that just has a "broken" exe file icon and no description at all



is this normal
