Is there a place somewhere in Settings where I can set it to not give me this new Notification that just popped for the first time ever on my Windows

I see a button to SEE FEWER NOTIFICATIONS but I missed clicking it and the thing just disappeared on me. Where's the Setting kept?



BTW, I HATE all of today's Notifications on everything. I'm like "leave me alone". ;-)
