windows media rights now missing because I have Windows 10

Windows 10 has disallowed many songs from being played that were running just fine on Windows Vista. I transferred the music files when I bought this new computer. Now I am missing media usage rights. I went to the privacy box and unchecked the box for auto checking if protected needs to be refreshed. Same problem exists.
