DC Sysvol folder not Replicating

hi am facing sysvol folder not replicating between master domain controller to addition domain controller.

master DC is head office and additional DC on branch office. all the AD object replicating but only problem is sysvol folder not replicating due to am unable to deploy any gpo policy.
