Licencing Windows server 2016

Hi All,


Could you please explain windows server 2016 licensing for the below scenario.

I have 3 nodes with 20 physical cores each. Running about 130 virtual VM's across them with various cores assigned to each VM.

If I need to license all the VM's with windows server 2016 standard how many windows datacenter licences and how many standard licences I need to buy.

Could you also please explain the role of SA weather I need to buy that as compulsory requirement or not?
