Did I break CredSSP when I uninstalled KB4503267?

I have several remote desktop servers, including some 2016. This morning, I logged into one over rdp to troubleshoot an iscsi problem and discovered KB4503267 was installed. The function requested is not supported

Remote computer: <computer name="">
This could be due to CredSSP encryption oracle remediation.
