Scheduled Task - Running ahead of time

I was having issues with shadowcopy task and asked to create new task to test. The highlighted task was created and it runs in a strange way. it suppose to start at 8.00am but when I checked at 8.59am it was already run twice and shows 9.00am and 11.00am same day.

Not sure if it's related to scheduled tasks or something else as shadowcopies created by the task also show same timestamps. Ref attached screen grabs.



Any idea on this ?
