NLB Certificate Web Proxy server

Hello,

I have setup a windows server 2016 with AD DHCP DNS and i want to make a web proxy server between my 2 ethernet card. To make a web proxy i use a youtube video and when i want to make NLB certificate my list is empty, i cant choose it. I will be happy if someone can link to me a video or a guide that make possible i make nlb certificate with the mms application.
