Drivers Slimwear and Driver ssupport

I kept getting both of these. slimwear update ? and Drivers Support constantly in my face and finally when my system said I needed an update, I did it with drivers support. NOW I see I get a bil of 9.99 per month and a one time ? payment from slimwear for 59.97. Do need these drivers or not. I have not been able to find anyone to answer this. Thank You Dave
