Permissions for monitoring system and backup system

What is permission for domain controller only for the sake of backup of domain controller / system state and maybe monitoring of the DC through WinRM.

We don't want to give Domain permissions to this account so that domain is not compromised if this account gets compromised. What permission should it be?
