this is the second time we have ran across this particular issue with mrxsmb in the past 2 months

looking to find out if a- their is a hotfix

b- someone at Microsoft could look into this for me

This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff803ba766077, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: ffffa480e2eaa738, Exception Record Address
Arg4: ffffa480e2ea9f60, Context Record Address
