I've tried countless of times to get the app to download any games keep getting these error messages constantly. Went on here to find out that more people were having the same issue and tried to see if anyone got it figured out, well some people did but when I tried to uninstall the security for Microsoft it kept doing it. So I tried to uninstall the wild tangent game app it still did not work, so here I am typing this because I do not know what to do anymore I love playing my Nancy Drew games but if it's not going to work I'm completely giving up.
