In-Place Upgrade from Windows 2008 Enterprise R2 to Windows 2012 Standard...

HI,

I have gone through the similar topics on the in-place upgrade, but mine is a different case i believe. The Auto Run of the ISO image of Windows 2012 Standard only gives me a "Install Now" option and upon clicking it, it says clearing temporary files and disappears. I do not get anything on the Event logs and do not know how to proceed further with the upgrade.

Please help.
