I tried to install KB3139649 ( https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...r-owner-is-removed-from-windows-server-2012-r) on my print server (2012 R2) to resolve a specific issue. When I attempt to install, the installer fails with the error "The update is not applicable to your computer." I selected the correct OS and architecture, and have verified that the prerequisites are met (Install KB2919355, which is present in my list of installed updates). I also verified that this update is NOT listed as already installed.
I checked setup.log but it just gave me the same message. Is there any way to determine why the installer is not allowing the update?
