how to retrieve physically lost product key on windows server 2012 and sql server already licensed

Hello, it is possible to retrieve from already activated windows server and sql product key, disable the instance of sql and windows for this old server, and then use this 2 product key in another fresh server with windows server and sql isntalled but not activated?
