config IIS and Vmware work together on windows server 2012

hi

i have windows server 2012 and i install vmware on it now i have two website 1. myweb.com (asp.net core) 2. mywork.com (python -django )

i run iis on windows server 2012 and on it i have myweb.com(asp.net core)

i run vmware and install linux and nginx web server on it for mywork.com (python -django )

now i want when a request come from myweb.com then iis response to it and when a request come from mywork.com then vmware(nginx on linux) response to it ..

how can i do it ... how can i configure iis and vmware(nginx on linux) work together for two my website
