Hi all!
We have 20 azure servers which are snoozed using the script which was in azure run book. In 20 servers, I could find that one server would give me shutdown tracker and 6008 event id when it is being shutdown using that script. All the other 19 servers do not show this behaviour. Normal shutdown does not give me that event id.
Tried starting remote registry service, clearing Dirtyshutdown count in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control and in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Reliability.
Why does the OS think that this is a dirty shutdown when it is a planned shutdown.
