The end-user can't delete files from the desktop (working on a remote desktop server (Windows Server 2012R2). This happens not always but sometimes, when we reboot the server the problem is solved for a while. If they try to delete the file the get asked to fill in the administrator credentials. Other users of the domain don't experience this problem.
