Application Hang - Event ID(1002) - Windows Server 2012 R2

Hi all, may I know what should I do with this? Every time user open the SAP Business One, there is instances of application hang.

The program SAP Business One.exe version 9.20.170.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.
