I'm preparing to upgrade to Windows 10 but before I do I want to create a new System image of my Windows 7 machine.
I went to the Backup and Restore screen and I selected 'Create a system image" from the left panel.
I then selected 'On one or more DVDs' pointing to the F: drive (my DVD drive) - selected Next
I then see:
Even before inserting a blank DVD I get the following message:
With the only option is to select close.
Help!

Backup location: DVD RW Drive (F - The backup could take up to 104 GB of disk space
The following drives will be backed up:
SYSTEM (System)
jpdsys6 (C (System)
(G (System)
I then clicked 'Start backup'
Even before inserting a blank DVD I get the following message:
The backup failed.
'Solid Red Line'
The volume does not contain a recognized file system. Please make sure that all required file
system drivers are loaded and that the volume is not corrupted. (0x800703ED)
With the only option is to select close.
Help!
