Dual boot share FILES (only, no programs) between Vista and Windows 10

I want to be able to view and update FILES. I normally use Vista and use Windows 10 to view videos that cannot be viewed in Vista. While in Windows 10 I want to be able to view a certain file and be able to modify it.


How can this be done (simply).
