KMS slmgr /dlv works but /all doesn't

Earlier today I was able to see the outputs for both "slmgr /dlv" and "slmgr /dlv /all" on KMS host. However, now I see output only for the /dlv but get "product key not found" for "slmgr /dlv /all".

KMS host OS is windows 2012 R2.

Any insight would be appreciated.
